SportsEngine, TeamSnap & PunchPass - What are they and why do I need separate accounts?

SportsEngine is our app for team registrations, TeamSnap is our app for team chats and schedules, and PunchPass is our app for booking training. We've tried really hard to find one app that does it all so that you only have to have one account, but the functionality is just too different. Having accounts with SportsEngine, TeamSnap, and PunchPass will allow you to easily sign up for tryouts, register for your team after tryouts, quickly purchase training and reserve training sessions, access our video library, communicate easily, and much more.

What skills training do you offer?

We offer several different packages of training sessions:

Semi-Private (2-6 athletes)

Group Trainings working on a specific skill

Are scholarships available to train and play with LOCALHOOPS?

Absolutely!  We strongly believe that every athlete should have a chance to develop to their fullest potential. Contact a LOCALHOOPS coach for details and to apply.

When is the next AAU tryouts?

LOCALHOOPS has 2 tryouts per year for AAU teams- Fall/Winter tryouts take place at the end of August & Spring tryouts take place the week after Presidents day in February. Our In-House Summer League tryouts take place in June (Summer League runs July & August only)

How long is the Lions League Season?

Lions League Season typically runs 8 weeks in the fall, 10 weeks in the winter, and 12 weeks in the spring

Will my athlete have the same Lions League coach each week?

Your athlete may not have the same coach each week, but the same core group of coaches will work with your kids each week.

Will the Lions League schedule be the same for the whole season?

Our goal is to keep the same schedule for the entirety of the season. There may be unforeseen gym closures outside of our control that can cause changes, but you will be notified as soon as we find out about any potential changes

When will I get the gear I ordered?

We will batch orders for this store weekly. Once orders are placed, orders arrive roughly 2 weeks after batch order.For example: purchased on Monday May 3rd, order sent to production Saturday May 8th. Expected arrival May 21-22nd.

What can I do about defective products?

While we strive for a flawless product for our customers, we know that inevitably there may be some mistakes. If you have an issue with a products fit or its defective upon delivery, please reach out to us for an exchange.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any new and unused product for a better fitting size option.- If you decided you did not like the color or design of an item you received, we are happy to exchange it for another available item. Understand that turnaround time may be a couple weeks.- We will offer a full refund for products that are new during the first 2 weeks. Anything beyond that will only be able to be exchanged.
